RESOLUTION NO. 85-225 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT AND <br /> SETTING HEARING OF PROTESTS <br /> <br /> NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-4 <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City 'of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> 1. At the direction of this City Council, the Director of <br />Public Works, as Engineer of Work for improvement proceedings in <br />North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 1982-4, City of <br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, has filed with the City <br />Clerk the report described in Section 10204 of the Streets and <br />Highways Code (Municipal Improvement Act of 1913). This City <br />Council accepts the report without modification, for the purpose of <br />conducting a hearing of protests to the improvements described in <br />the report. <br /> <br /> 2. This City Council sets 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 16, <br />1985, in the Chambers of the City Council at 200 Bernal Avenue, <br />Pleasanton, California, as the time and place for hearing protests <br />to the proposed improvements. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Clerk is directed to publish, post and mail <br />the notices of improvement required by the Municipal Improvement Act <br />of 1913, and to file an affidavit of compliance.
