Jones & Sons will maintain the $226,046.69 claimed <br />price increase, due to the shoofly design dispute, until May 15, 1985. <br /> <br />Therefore, our letter dated March 19, 1985 should be amended in paragraph <br />number three to say: <br /> <br /> The total increase is based upon a May 15, 1985 remobilization date <br /> and the change order for this claim, including the following items: <br /> <br /> 1. The contract time will be 320 working days starting May 15, 1985. <br /> <br /> 2. To the extent that extra costs are incurred by O. C. Jones because <br /> of damages caused by winter weather after October 15, 1985, and <br /> said damages are not otherwise caused by O. C. Jones failure to <br /> meet our six month working schedule, those additional costs will <br /> be covered by City. <br /> <br /> If O. C. Jones does not meet our six month schedule, the effective <br /> date of October 15, 1985 will be adjusted by the amount of delay <br /> that O. C. Jones causes. <br /> <br />In addition to the amendment above, please include the following conditions <br />to the claim: <br /> <br /> 3. The May 15, 1985 remobilization agreement is contingent on: <br /> <br /> a. The Radum and Sunol shooflies should be entirely complete. <br /> <br /> b.
