Resolution No. 85-213 <br /> Page Two <br /> <br /> Section 3: That the public service easements shown on Exhibit A <br /> shall be reserved from the vacation of the excess <br /> rights-of-way. <br /> <br /> Section 4: The clerk shall cause a certified copy of this <br /> resolution of vacation to be recorded in the office of <br /> the Alameda County Recorder and from and after the date <br /> of recording the above-described portions of Hopyard <br /> Road and public service easement shall no longer <br /> constitute a street or public service easements. <br /> <br />Section 5: The City Attorney is hereby directed to prepare <br /> precise descriptions for Exhibits A and B for attachment <br /> to this resolution prior to recording same. <br /> <br />Section 6: That the City-owned portion of the excess <br /> right-of-way of Hopyard Road being vacated herein is <br /> hereby declared surplus City property. <br /> <br />Section 7: That staff is hereby directed to begin procedures for <br /> disposing of this surplus City property. <br /> <br />Section 8: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None ETH R.
