~-PLANNING COMMISSION ~~r <br />CITY OF PLEASA?ITON <br />COUNTY OF AI.At~IEDA <br />SPATE OF CALIFORDTIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2098 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />FP.ANK AUF DER MAUR ET AL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-25 <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur etal has applied to rezone an <br />approximately 73 acre site located between Stanley Blvd. <br />on the north and the Arroyo del Valle on the south <br />including lots fronting on California Street to the <br />west to a point approximately 2,000 feet east of <br />California Street to the PUD (Planned Unit Development/ <br />Commercial) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 12, 1981 <br />the Planning Commission reviewed and recommended for approval <br />the Negative Declaration prepared for. case PUD-81-25; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed hearing was field at which time the public was <br />given the opportunity •to comment on the environmental impacts <br />as well as the documents supporting the proposal. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That Planned Unit Development zoning is in conformance <br />with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />Section 2. Recommends approval of case PUD-81-25 subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the uses on the subject property shall be limited <br />to the following: <br />A. All permitted and conditionally permited uses <br />in the Commercial Service District with the following <br />changes: • <br />1) change blacksmith shop to P (permitted) <br />2) change bookbin ing to P <br />3) change elec- t~cal repair shops to P <br />4) change .-feed and fuel stores to P <br />5) change heating and ventilating shops to P <br />6) change laundry plants to P <br />7) change automobile rental, sales 'and/or <br /> leasing, no service t'o'P <br />8) change automobile' sales and 'service, includi~ <br /> new and' used 'car sales to P <br />9) change auto. repairing, overhauling and painting to P <br />10) change automobile upholstery and top shops to P <br />11) change boat sales to P <br />B.
