• Affordable Housing -The TVTC recommended an exemption to the regional fee <br />for affordable housing units. <br />• Other Rate -The TVTC recommended eliminating the cap on the "other" <br />category. The "other" category is used to assign a fee to projects that do not fit <br />into the 6 main categories. This category was capped by the TVTC to allow non <br />"regional impact" type projects to receive relief from the regional fee. The "other" <br />fee has not been used in this capacity and has resulted in a reduction in the total <br />fee collected <br />For comparison purposes, the table below shows the final TVTC rates compared to the <br />City of Pleasanton rates. The TVTC meets on September 29, 2008, and will schedule the public <br />hearing to consider the fee program. When the date is confirmed, a 30 day notice will be <br />circulated to the development community informing them of the date of the TVTC public <br />hearing to consider adopting the fee program.
