CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-202 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH C. A. SABAH & <br /> COMPANY FOR MAINTENANCE OF FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM FOR <br /> CIVIC CENTER COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND AMENDING BUDGET BY <br /> $500 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and C. A. Sabah & Company, <br /> regarding maintenance of the fire protection system <br /> installed to protect the civic center computer <br /> equipment, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Approves a budget amendment in the sum of $500.00 to cover this expenditure. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> R; MAYOR <br />~a~nes R.
