SEWER RATES, FEES, AND CHARGES <br />All Regonal (DSRSD) Sewer Rates antl Charges shown in Sedian "A" below become effective Juty 1, 2008 and shall be aNOmaucelty <br />adjusted elective each July 1 in me manner described in me following subparegreph v4lhout (unher CounGl action or review. <br />Tha City Manager is authorized and directed 1o adjust those Regional Sewer Roles and Charges by the percentage by which the most <br />recent Consumer Price Index -All Urban Consumers forme San Frandsco-Oakland-San Josa, CA area available as of April 30 has <br />increased (or decreased) in relation to me mast recent wrrespontling Consumer Pace Index available the preceding April 30. The commercial rates shall match City of <br />Livermore cost for said charges. <br />Discounts: <br />a. Senior Citizens 82 years or older who provide evidence of age shall be given a 20% reduction in rates for <br />owner-oaupied residence use only antl for one unit only. <br />b. Customers who quality for low income uglity discounts through the LIRA, SSI, or SDI programs from <br />PG&E or cable television shall be given a 30 % reduction in rates. Verifcetion will be by submitting a ce <br />of a bill from either utility showing the discount. <br />c.
