RESOLUTION NO. 85-198 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED REPORT <br /> AND ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1985-1, CHABOT DRIVE' <br /> EXTENSION, EAST AMADOR RELIEF SEWER AND SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This Council has taken a series of actions preliminary to <br />ordering the improvement in Assessment District No. 1985-1, Chabot <br />Drive Extension, East Amador Relief Sewer and Santa Rita Road and <br />now makes the following findings and orders: <br /> <br /> 1. The Council adopted a map showing the boundaries of <br />the land benefited by the proposed improvement. A copy of the <br />boundary map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the <br />County of Alameda in the Book of Maps of Assessment Districts. <br /> <br /> 2. The Council adopted its Resolution of Intention to <br />order the improvement described therein under the Municipal <br />Improvement Act of 1913, and directed Bissell & Karn as the Engineer <br />of Work for the assessment district, to prepare the report required <br />by Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> The improvement is generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> The acquisition of street and utility improvements in <br /> Chabot Drive Extension, in and adjacent to Hacienda <br /> BuSiness Park, Phase I, including grading, paving, curbs <br /> and gutters, domestic water mains, services and hydrants, <br /> stoEm drains, sanitary sewer mains, underground electrical <br /> and telephone utilities, relocated utilities, a traffic <br /> signal and landscaping; and the acquisition of the East <br /> Amador Relief Sewer (E.A.R.S.) in and adjacent to Hacienda <br /> Business Park, Phase I, from Hopyard Road to West Las <br /> Positas Boulevard including sewer mains, manholes, <br /> excavation and backfill. <br /> <br /> The acquisition of offsite street and utility <br /> improvements, and portions of rights-of-way required for <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
