CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-194 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PUD <br /> ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A RESIDENTIAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY 25.5 ACRES LOCATED SOUTH OF <br /> MOHR AVENUE AND EAST OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD <br /> RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 16, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for PUD zoning <br /> and development plan approval for 95 single-family <br /> paired units and 65 single-family detached residential <br /> units on an approximately 25.5 acre site located south <br /> of Mohr Avenue and east of the Southern Pacific Railroad <br /> right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated March 5, 1985 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed PUD zoning and <br /> development plan approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD zoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for PUD zoning and <br /> development plan approval for 95 single-family paired <br /> units and 65 single-family detached residential units on <br /> an approximately 25.5 acre site located south of Mohr <br /> Avenue and east of the Southern Pacific Railroad <br /> right-of-way. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 16, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
