CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-193 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL TO <br /> CONSTRUCT AN APPROXIMATELY 156,000 SQ. FT., 212 UNIT <br /> HOTEL AND RELATED FACILITIES ON AN APPROXIMATELY 3.6 <br /> ACRE SITE LOCATED AT 11910 DUBLIN CANYON ROAD <br /> (PUD-84-22) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 16, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for <br /> PUD zoning and development plan approval to construct an <br /> approximately 156,000 sq. ft., 212 unit hotel and <br /> related facilities on an approximately 3.6 acre site <br /> located on the east side of Dublin Canyon Road (11910 <br /> Dublin Canyon Road), approximately 0.2 mile north of <br /> Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated February 4, 1985 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed zoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that based upon the review of the <br /> Initial Study, and the testimony and documentary <br /> evidence presented at the public hearing that there may <br /> be significant impacts on the environment, but that the <br /> developer has agreed to mitigation measures to render <br /> these potential impacts insignificant. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for PUD zoning and <br /> development plan approval to construct an approximately <br /> 156,000 sq. ft., 212 unit hotel and related facilities <br /> on an approximately 3.6 acre site located on the east <br /> side of Dublin Canyon Road (11910 Dublin Canyon Road), <br /> approximately 0.2 mile north of Foothill Road. <br /> <br /> <br />
