RESOLUTION NO. 85-191 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1984-2, STONERIDGE BUSINESS CENTER <br /> The City Council of the City of. Pleasanton resolves: <br /> The City of Pleasanton has received public bids for the <br /> construction of improvements in Assessment District No. 1984-2, <br /> Stoneridge Business Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br /> California. <br /> <br /> The Engineer of Work has reviewed the bids and now <br />recommends award of the construction contract to the lowest <br />responsible bidder, OLIVER de SILVA, INC., whose bid price is <br />$696,690.01. <br /> <br /> The City Council therefore awards the contract to that <br /> <br />bidder. All other bids are rejected. <br /> <br /> The City Council directs the City Clerk to publish a <br /> <br />notice of award of contract. <br /> <br /> The City Council authorizes and directs the Mayor and the <br />City Clerk to sign the written contract for this construction when <br />i~ is presented to them for signature, along with the surety bonds <br />and insurance certificates required by the construction <br />specifications. <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
