CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-175 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> PREZONING 20 ACRES IN MISSION PARK TO THE "A" <br /> (AGRICULTURAL), "P" (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL), AND PUD <br /> (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL <br /> (RZ-85-6) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 2, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning <br /> an approximately 20 acre site located east of the <br /> terminus of Mission Drive, south of Bernal Avenue and <br /> approximately 325 feet north of Junipero Street to the <br /> "A" (Agricultural), "P" (Public and Institutional), and <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br /> Residential Districts (RZ-85-6), which land is involved <br /> in Annexation No. 112; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated March 5, 1985 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would <br /> not have any significant adverse effects on the <br /> environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for prezoning an <br /> approximately 20 acre site located east of the terminus <br /> of Mission Drive, south of Bernal Avenue and <br /> approximately 325 feet north of Junipero Street, which <br /> land is involved in Annexation No. 112, to the "A" <br /> (Agricultural), "P" (Public and Institutional), and PUD <br /> (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential <br /> Districts (RZ-85-6) <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
