EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the <br /> site plan, elevations, grading plan, and landscape plan, <br /> Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That elevations for all trash enclosures shall be submitted <br /> to the Planning Department for approval prior to issuance of <br /> a building permit. <br /> <br />3. That approval of case PUD-81-30-27D shall be subject to all <br /> conditions of approval of case MS-82-13 approving Parcel Map <br /> 3858. <br /> <br />4. That the development shall be subject to all conditions of <br /> approval of Ordinance No. 1109 reapproving the Hacienda <br /> Business Park. <br /> <br />5. That this development shall be subject to all Standard <br /> Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made part of <br /> this case by reference except conditions 12, 13, 29, 33, 46 <br /> and 49. <br /> <br />6. That sidewalks be constructed from the public bike-ped ways <br /> along the public streets to the on-site facilities to avoid <br /> forcing pedestrians into vehicular driveways or as otherwise <br /> approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />7.
