CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-160 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF MARTIN COMPANY FOR <br /> DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A FIVE BUILDING, APPROXIMATELY <br /> 202,500 SQ. FT., OFFICE COMPLEX ON 15.8 ACRES LOCATED <br /> EAST OF WILLOW ROAD, NORTH OF GIBRALTAR DRIVE AND WEST <br /> OF HACIENDA DRIVE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, J. David Martin (The Martin Company) has applied for <br /> design approval for a five building, approximately <br /> 202,500 sq. ft. multi-tenant office complex on an <br /> approximately 15.8 acre site located east of Willow <br /> Road, north of Gibraltar Drive and west of Hacienda <br /> Drive in the Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 26, 1985 and <br /> testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br /> including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br /> with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of The Martin Company for <br /> design approval for a five building, approximately <br /> 202,500 sq. ft. multi-tenant office complex on an <br /> approximately 15.8 acre site located east of Willow <br /> Road, north of Gibraltar Drive and west of Hacienda <br /> Drive in the Hacienda Business Park, subject to the <br /> conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
