CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-154 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A <br /> 39-UNIT TOWNHOME/CONDOMINIUM PROJECT AT 4005 STANLEY <br /> BOULEVARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 26, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for <br /> PUD zoning and development plan approval for a 39-unit <br /> townhome/condominium project at 4005 Stanley Boulevard; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated December 4,1984 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed PUD zoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that based upon the review of the <br /> Initial Study, and the testimony and documentary <br /> evidence presented at the public hearing that there may <br /> be significant impacts on the environment, but that the <br /> developer has agreed to mitigation measures to render <br /> these potential impacts insignificant; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration for PUD <br /> zoning and development plan approval for a 39-unit <br /> townhome/condominium project at 4005 Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
