CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-136 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF VINEYARD AVENUE STORM DRAINAGE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 84-20, AND APPROVAL OF FINAL <br /> PROGRESS PAYMENT TO TRUTNER CORPORATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, work by Trutner Corporation on the Vineyard Avenue storm <br /> drainage improvements, Project No. 84-20, has been <br /> satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The work on the Vineyard Avenue storm drainage <br /> improvements by Trutner Corporation is hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $17, 217.63 in favor of Trutner <br /> Corporation in satisfaction of the final progress <br /> payment for the above-accepted work on Project No. <br /> 84-20. Ten percent (10%) of the total contract or <br /> $7,080.10 will be retained until thirty (30) days after <br /> filing of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 26, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None E~~~~R.~~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> CER, MAYOR <br /> <br />tJames R'. ~alker, City Clerk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> ApPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br /> ~ ' C Attorney <br /> Peter D.
