Fens Mena and Hons~ Wans~ <br />Application for administrative design review approval to install two second-floor windows <br />measuring approximately two feet wide by three feet, six inches tall on the right side of <br />the existing residence located at 2604 Camino Segura. <br />Approved. <br />PADR-1911. The 503-square-foot <br />addition will bring the total floor area to 2, 040 square feet. The lot size is <br />5, 860 square feet. The existing floor area ratio is 26.2 percent, and the addition <br />will increase the floor area ratio to 34.8 percent. <br />
