CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-131 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF LILLIE FIORIO TO REMOVE <br /> TWO TREES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mrs. Lillie Fiorio requested permission to remove two <br /> Modesto Ash trees from in front of her house at 323 Rose <br /> Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, because the two trees qualify as "heritage trees", it is <br /> necessary to have a permit to remove them; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 12, 1985, the City Council <br /> considered the request of Mrs. Fiorio; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Council approves the request of Mrs. Lillie Fiorio <br /> for removal of two Modesto Ash trees from in front of <br /> her house at 323 Rose Avenue. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 12, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, and Mohr <br /> NOES: Councilmember Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> ABSENT: None ~T <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> H R.
