CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-130 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATIONS OF VINTAGE <br /> HILLS/VINEYARD AVENUE STUDY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 12, 1985, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Planning and <br /> Community Development (SR 85:118) regarding the findings <br /> of the Vintage Hills/Vineyard Avenue Study and the <br /> recommendations of the study; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Any future development proposals (i.e., unapproved <br /> projects) within the Vintage Hills/Vineyard Avenue area <br /> shall be conditioned to prohibit commencement of <br /> construction until the Bernal Avenue/Valley Avenue and <br /> Bernal Avenue/Sunol Boulevard extensions are at least <br /> under construction. <br /> <br />Section 2: Annexations, prezonings, rezonings, development <br /> plans, and future projects can still be processed within <br /> the area, but the implementation of such projects would <br /> be held in abeyance until the Bernal Avenue extensions <br /> become a reality. The Castlewood Properties and Caroline <br /> projects are not to be affected by this resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 12, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None C~N/ET~~~~~,%/ <br />ABSTAIN: None !/ · <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> H R.
