CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-129 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DETERMINING AMADOR SAVINGS AND LOAN <br /> ASSOCIATION APPLICATION FOR TENTATIVE MAP APPROVAL IS AN <br /> APPROVED PROJECT FOR PURPOSES OF THE VINTAGE <br /> HILLS/VINEYARD AVENUE STUDY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 12, 1985, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Planning and <br /> Community Development (SR 85:118) regarding the Vineyard <br /> Avenue/Vintage Hills Circulation and Land Use Study; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the study at its <br /> meeting of February 27, 1985 and recommended that no <br /> construction commence on any new (unapproved) projects <br /> until construction has begun on the extension of Bernal <br /> Avenue north to Valley Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during discussions, a question arose as to whether the <br /> Amador Savings and Loan Association application was an <br /> approved project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council hereby determines that the application of <br /> Amador Savings and Loan Association for tentative map <br /> approval to create a 32-1ot single-family residential <br /> subdivision of an approximately 10.6 acre site located <br /> south of Crellin Road and north of Arbor Drive between <br /> Vintner Road and Tokay Court, is an approved project for <br /> purposes of the Vintage Hills/Vineyard Avenue study. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
