Tax Share As~reement <br />Staff also recommends Council adopt a resolution for a property tax share agreement <br />with the County for the distribution of property taxes. This parcel will be under the City's <br />tax rate area. However, no property tax will be exchanged since this is public property <br />owned by Zone 7.
