consultant agreement bringing the total expenditure for consulting support services to <br />$105,000. <br />As indicated in Attachment 1 to this report, the final cost of the water booster pump <br />station improvements including the Zone 7 Turnout No. 6, was $2,739,158.97, and the <br />final cost of the water infrastructure facilities was $7,493,598.71. <br />Attachment 2 is a summary of the Vineyard Corridor water and sewer infrastructure <br />improvements approved by the City Council in January 2007. As indicated, the three <br />City projects approved by the Council and constructed by the City were completed <br />within the approved budget by $93,413. Project funding is being tracked in the Capital <br />Improvement Program and staff anticipates forwarding Council an update on funding <br />revenues as part of the City budget process. <br />Water Tank Access Road <br />The last remaining water infrastructure project to be completed is the water tank access <br />road, being constructed as part of the Reznick residential development (Threehand, <br />LLC). The roadway has been rough graded and paved, wet utilities (storm, water and <br />sewer) and dry utilities (cable, electrical, and phone) have been installed, retaining walls <br />have been completed, and PG&E is scheduled to inspect and power up the electrical <br />services in the next several weeks.
