RESOLUTION NO. 85-119 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />As a part of the proceedings for improvements in <br />Assessment District No. 1985-1, Chabot Drive Extension, East Amador <br />Relief Sewer and Santa Rita Road, City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, this Council approves the Amended Reimbursement <br />Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and The Prudential <br />Insurance Company of America, dated March 12, 1985, and attached to <br />this resolution. <br /> <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the City <br />Clerk is authorized to attest its execution. <br /> <br /> , ,' , <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br />the 12th day of March, 1985. <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers None <br /> <br /> JAMES R.
