remove the Equipment, Antenna and all of Zone 7's personal property from the Leased <br />Areas. <br />18. Entrv by City <br />Zone 7 shall permit City, its officials, officers, employees, agents and designated <br />volunteers to enter into and upon the Leased Areas upon reasonable notice for the <br />purpose of inspecting the Leased Areas, enforcing the rules and regulations under this <br />Lease Agreement, and the posting of such legal notices as City may deem necessary or <br />convenient. <br />19. Holdino Over <br />Any holding over after the expiration of the term of this Lease Agreement, with the consent <br />of both the City and Pleasanton, shall be construed to be a tenancy from month to month <br />at a monthly rate equal to 110% of the previous month's rent, and shall otherwise be on the <br />same terms and conditions herein specified so far as applicable. <br />Lease Agreement -Zone 7 Page 15 <br />
