SECTION 1. The City Council approves the Cost Accounting Report for the 2008 <br />Weed Abatement Program, attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2. The costs of weed abatement for the 2008 Weed Abatement Program, <br />including the administrative costs, as provided in the Cost Accounting Report shall constitute a <br />special assessment and a lien upon the parcels upon which weeds were abated and shall be <br />added by the Treasurer-Tax Collector to the next regular tax bill for the parcels. <br />SECTION 3.
