SECTION 6. The Board hereby designates Rob Wilson, Director of Public Works, and <br />General Manager of the GHAD, as the person to answer inquiries regarding the proposed <br />assessments. <br />SECTION 7. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />SECTION 8.
