CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-103 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING <br /> AN APPROXIMATELY 25,500 SQ. FT. SITE AT THE SOUTHWEST <br /> CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF PETERS AVENUE AND DIVISION <br /> STREET FROM RM-1500 (MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) <br /> DISTRICT TO THE "A" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT (RZ-85-3) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 26, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning an <br /> approximately 25,500 sq. ft. site at the southwest <br /> corner of the intersection of Peters Avenue and Division <br /> Street from the RM-1500 (Multiple-family Residential) <br /> District to the "A" (Agricultural) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated February 6, 1985 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would <br /> not have any significant adverse effects on the <br /> environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoning an <br /> approximately 25,500 sq. ft. site at the southwest <br /> corner of the intersection of Peters Avenue and Division <br /> Street from the RM-1500 (Multiple-family Residential) <br /> District to the "A" (Agricultural) District. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
