REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS IS AN AGREEMENT between the City of Pleasanton, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California (hereinafter "the <br />City") and The Prudential Insurance Company of America, (hereinafter <br />"the Developer"). <br /> <br /> The Developer is the developer of the land generally <br />described as Hacienda Business Park, Phase I, (hereinafter "the <br />Business Park"). The Developer has constructed within the Business <br />Park certain improvements designed for public use, as more fully <br />described hereafter. The parties intend that these improvements <br />shall be transferred to the City for public use and the City shall <br />reimburse Developer for development costs of the improvements and <br />the development costs are to be specially assessed against the land <br />within the Business Park benefitting from the improvements. The <br />purpose of the agreement is to establish the terms of the transfer <br />and reimbursement of development costs. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. IMPROVEMENTS TO BE TRANSFERRED. The Developer agrees <br />to transfer and the City agrees to pay Developer its development <br />costs (hereinafter "Development Costs")- as hereinafter set forth for <br />the following described improvements (hereinafter "the <br />Improvements") as the Improvements existed on February 26, 1985: <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
