RESOLUTION NO. 85-97 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENT IN <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1985-1, <br /> CHABOT DRIVE EXTENSION AND EAST AMADOR RELIEF SEWER <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This Council intends to order the following improvement <br />under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: <br /> <br /> The acquisition of street and utility improvements in <br /> Chabot Drive Extension, in and adjacent to Hacienda <br /> Business Park, Phase I, including grading, paving, curbs <br /> and gutters, domestic water mains, services and hydrants, <br /> storm drains, sanitary sewer mains, underground electrical <br /> and telephone utilities, relocated utilities, a traffic <br /> signal and landscaping; and the acquisition of the East <br /> Amador Relief Sewer (E.A.R.S.) in and adjacent to Hacienda <br /> Business Park, Phase I, from Hopyard Road to West Las <br /> Positas Boulevard including sewer mains, manholes, <br /> excavation and backfill. <br /> <br /> This Council finds that the land specially benefited by <br />the improvement is shown within the boundaries of the map entitled, <br />Proposed Boundaries Assessment District 1985-1, Chabot Drive <br />Extension& East Amador Relief Sewer, City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California. This map has been approved by the City Council <br />and is now on file with the City Clerk. The land within the <br />exterior boundaries shown on the map shall be designated Assessment <br />District No. 1985-1, Chabot Drive Extension and East Amador Relief <br />Sewer, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> This Council intends to levy a special assessment upon the <br />land within the described district in accordance with the special <br />benefit to be received by each parcel of land, respectively, from <br />the improvement. There shall be omitted from special assessment all <br />public streets, alleys and places and all land belonging to the <br />United States, the State of California, the County of Alameda and <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
