RESOLUTION NO. 85-97 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENT IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1985-1, CHABOT DRIVE EXTENSION AND EAST AMADOR RELIEF SEWER The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: This Council intends to order the following improvement under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913: The acquisition of street and utility improvements in Chabot Drive Extension, in and adjacent to Hacienda Business Park, Phase I, including grading, paving, curbs and gutters, domestic water mains, services and hydrants, storm drains, sanitary sewer mains, underground electrical and telephone utilities, relocated utilities, a traffic signal and landscaping; and the acquisition of the East Amador Relief Sewer (E.A.R.S.) in and adjacent to Hacienda Business Park, Phase I, from Hopyard Road to West Las Positas Boulevard including sewer mains, manholes, excavation and backfill. This Council finds that the land specially benefited by the improvement is shown within the boundaries of the map entitled, Proposed Boundaries Assessment District 1985-1, Chabot Drive Extension& East Amador Relief Sewer, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. This map has been approved by the City Council and is now on file with the City Clerk. The land within the exterior boundaries shown on the map shall be designated Assessment District No. 1985-1, Chabot Drive Extension and East Amador Relief Sewer, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. This Council intends to levy a special assessment upon the land within the described district in accordance with the special benefit to be received by each parcel of land, respectively, from the improvement. There shall be omitted from special assessment all public streets, alleys and places and all land belonging to the United States, the State of California, the County of Alameda and ORIGINAL
