CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-90 <br /> <br /> APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY, 1985 <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,721,589.86 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of February 26, 1985, a <br /> check register summary and Financial Report were pres- <br /> ented to the City Council signifying expenditures for <br /> the month of January, 1985; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the payroll and demand checks contained therein were for <br /> approved functions of the City of Pleasanton which are <br /> necessary and proper expenses of the City; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Claims represented by checks numbered 051301 to <br /> 051801, dated from January 10, 1985 to January 31, 1985, <br /> in the total amount of $6,721,589.86, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The Financial Report dated has been reviewed and is <br /> hereby approved by the City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 26, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes ~~~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> -J~ ~f~~/a KENNETH R.
