CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 85-75 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED AND FILED FOR THE FORMATION AND CONSTRUCTION RELATED TO THE NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-4 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided proper public notice of completion of the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the proposed North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 1982-4; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton met on February 12, 1985 and held a public hearing upon the Draft Environmental Impact Report; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to comments to the Draft Environmental Impact Report from public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons having special expertise with respect to any environmental impact involved, and other persons or organizations having an interest in the proposed North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 1982-4; and WHEREAS, the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared and contains the Draft Environmental Impact Report, comments and recommendations received on the Draft Environmental Impact Report, and the responses of the City of Pleasanton to significant environmental points raised in the review and consultation process; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton provided proper public notice of completion of the Final Environmental Impact Report for the proposed North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 1982-4; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on February 12, 1985 and held a public hearing upon the Environmental Impact Report; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Council certifies that each member has read, reviewed and considered the material in the Environmental Impact Report, and finds that the Environmental Impact Report prepared is complete, sufficient, and acceptable for the project proposed.
