CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-67 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM SENTE ASSOCIATES FOR <br /> STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY ON MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Partnership Grant Deed from <br /> Sente Associates, Main Street, a California partnership, <br /> to the City of Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, for <br /> purposes of street right-of-way on Main Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 12, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this deed is <br /> in the public interest; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The Partnership Grant Deed from Sente Associates, <br /> Main Street, a California partnership, to the City of <br /> Pleasanton for street right-of-way on Main Street, is <br /> hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 12, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None NNETH R~ <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />~?:james R. ~ker, City' Cle~'D''' {~ By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> Peter D.
