CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-61 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- <br /> LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY <br /> AMENDING SECTION 3 ADDING STOP SIGNS TO SANDERLING WAY <br /> AND SANDERLING DRIVE AT WOODTHRUSH ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br /> for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 12, 1985, the City Council <br /> received and discussed a report dated February 12, 1985 <br /> (SR 85:61) from the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities related to the necessity for a stop sign at <br /> the intersection of Sanderling and Woodthrush; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 to amend Section 3 to add stop signs on <br /> Sanderling Way and Sanderling Drive at the intersection <br /> with Woodthrush Road; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended <br /> by adding subsection 3s-6 as follows: <br /> <br /> "3s-6 Sanderling Drive and Sanderlinq Way, at <br /> Woodthrush Road; stopping traffic in both directions on <br /> Sanderling." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 12, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
