5. Notwithstanding any subsequent conveyance of the Property, <br />Ponderosa will remain liable and responsible for the public needs and <br />obligations expressed in paragraph III.B of the Long-Term Agreement. <br />The growth management fees expressed in paragraph III.A of the Long- <br />Term Agreement in connection with the issuance of 97 building permits <br />will be the obligation of the person who is the owner of the Property <br />at the time of issuance of said building permits. <br /> <br /> 6.
