CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-52 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 8.8 ACRE SITE TO PUD (PLANNED <br /> UNIT DEVELOPMENT)-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND "A" <br /> (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICTS FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br /> FOR AN 84 UNIT MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX AND <br /> PROPOSED CITY PARK ON THE SITE LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE <br /> OF BERNAL AVENUE AND BETWEEN TAWNY DRIVE AND VINEYARD <br /> AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 22, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning <br /> an approximately 8.8 acre site to PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-High Density Residential and "A" <br /> (Agricultural) Districts for development plan approval <br /> for an 84 unit multi-family residential complex and <br /> proposed city park on the site located on the east side <br /> of Bernal Avenue and between Tawny Drive and Vineyard <br /> Avenue, which land is involved in Annexation No. 113; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated November 7, 1984 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed prezoning would <br /> not have any significant adverse effects on the <br /> environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning <br /> of an approximately 8.8 acre site to PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-High Density Residential and "A" <br /> (Agricultural) Districts for development plan approval <br /> for an 84 unit multi-family residential complex and <br /> proposed city park on the site located on the east side <br /> of Bernal Avenue and between Tawny Drive and Vineyard <br /> Avenue, which land is involved in Annexation No. 113. <br /> <br /> <br />
