RESOLUTION NO. 85-37 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 84-279 <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1984-2, STONERIDGE BUSINESS CENTER <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> On June 12, 1984, the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 84-279, "Resolution of Intention to Order Improvement in <br /> Assessment District No. 1984-2, Stoneridge Business Center." <br /> Resolution No. 84-279 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> The improvement of a new street 900t feet in length <br /> intersecting Stoneridge Mall Road 2100+ feet north of <br /> Stoneridge Drive and referred to as Mozart Court including <br /> grading, paving, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, signing and <br /> striping, and landscaping. The installation of public <br /> utilities including a domestic water supply, sanitary <br /> sewers, storm drains, street lighting, underground <br /> electric, telephone and natural gas in Mozart Court and <br /> the necessary offsite extensions to serve the parcels <br /> shown on Tentative Parcel Map 4184. The district shall <br /> include the acquisition of all necessary interests in real <br /> property, together with all other improvements incidental <br /> thereto that may be required including, but not limited <br /> to, landscaping public areas, park improvements, sound <br /> wall, widening of adjacent streets, or underground <br /> existing utilities. <br /> <br />and substituting therefor the following: <br /> <br /> The improvement of a new street 900+ feet in length <br /> intersecting Stoneridge Mall Road 2100+ feet north of <br /> Stoneridge Drive and referred to as EmSarcadero Court <br /> including grading, paving, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, <br /> signing and striping, and landscaping. The installation <br /> of public utilities including a domestic water supply, <br /> sanitary sewers, storm drains, street lighting, <br /> underground electric, telephone and natural gas in <br /> Embarcadero Court and the necessary offsite extensions to <br /> serve the parcels shown on Tentative Parcel Map 4184.
