CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 85-24 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF KOLL COMPANY FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A FOUR BUILDING, 150,664 SQ. FT., RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 11.4 ACRES LOCATED ON THE NORTHERLY CORNER AT STONERIDGE DRIVE AND WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD WHEREAS, Koll Company has applied for design approval for a four building, 150,665 sq. ft., research and development complex on an approximately 11.4 acre site located on the northerly corner of Stoneridge Drive and West Las Positas Boulevard; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 7 , 1985 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Koll Company for design approval of a four b~ilding, 150,665 sq. ft., research and development complex on an approximately 11.4 acre site located on the northerly corner of Stoneridge Drive and West Las Positas Boulevard, subject to the conditions listed on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
