CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 85-23 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR 250 UNIT SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 51 ACRES ON THE WEST SIDE OF CAMINO SEGURA BETWEEN THE RESIDENCES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF HANSEN DRIVE AND THE PLEASANTON CANAL (PUD-84-17) WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 7, 1985, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for a 250 unit single-family residential project on approximately 51 acres on the west side of Camino Segura between the residences on the north side of Hansen Drive and the Pleasanton Canal (PUD-84-17); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated November 4, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed PUD zoning ad development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed zoning and development plan approval would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for a 250 unit single-family residential project on approximately 51 acres on the west side of Camino Segura between the residences on the north side of Hansen Drive and the Pleasanton Canal (PUD-84-17); Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
