CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-23 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ZONING <br /> AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR 250 UNIT SINGLE-FAMILY <br /> RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 51 ACRES ON THE <br /> WEST SIDE OF CAMINO SEGURA BETWEEN THE RESIDENCES ON THE <br /> NORTH SIDE OF HANSEN DRIVE AND THE PLEASANTON CANAL <br /> (PUD-84-17) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 7, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for a 250 unit <br /> single-family residential project on approximately 51 <br /> acres on the west side of Camino Segura between the <br /> residences on the north side of Hansen Drive and the <br /> Pleasanton Canal (PUD-84-17); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated November 4, 1984 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed PUD zoning ad <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed zoning and <br /> development plan approval would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for a 250 unit <br /> single-family residential project on approximately 51 <br /> acres on the west side of Camino Segura between the <br /> residences on the north side of Hansen Drive and the <br /> Pleasanton Canal (PUD-84-17); <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> <br /> <br />
