CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 85-22 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 127 UNIT SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT PROPOSED FOR 53 ACRES AT THE EASTERLY TERMINUS OF MISSION DRIVE, JUNIPERO STREET AND SAN JOSE DRIVE (LUND RANCH) WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 7, 1985, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for development plan approval for a 127 unit single-family residential project proposed for 53 acres at the easterly terminus of Mission Drive, Junipero Street and San Jose Drive (Lund Ranch); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated December 4, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for development plan approval for a 127 unit single-family residential project proposed for 53 acres at the easterly terminus of Mission Drive, Junipero Street and San Jose Drive (Lund Ranch). Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer NOES: None
