CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-17 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF RANDY RALLS (DOCKTOR PET CENTER) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 28, 1984, the City of Pleasanton received a <br /> claim filed on behalf of Randy Ralls (Docktor Pet Cen- <br /> ter) for alleged damages; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on January 7, 1984, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim of Randy Ralls (Docktor Pet Center) is <br /> hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~M~~~/ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> mes R. ~lke~7'~ity/Cl~k <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />P~ter D.
