insurance is desired, the premium charged therefor. <br /> <br /> 6. Existing Assessments. The parties hereto intend to have <br />title to the lands acquired pass free of all existing <br />assessments. The parties intend to shift the existing assessments <br />on Lot C of Parcel Map3701 to that portion of Lot C remaining <br />after sale of the lands described in Section 3 herein to the <br />City. The City and Owner agree to cooperate in effecting this <br />transfer. <br /> <br /> 7. Clarification of Section VI of 10-11-83 Agreement. This <br />Agreement is intended to supplement and clarify the provisions of <br />Section VI of the 10-11-83 Agreement. The sale of the land <br />described in Section 3 herein shall constitute satisfaction of <br />the obligation to sell the land "designated as F-1 on the <br />Development Plan" in the 10-11-83 Agreement. The parties hereto <br />agree that because the land to be acquired herein is greater than <br />contemplated in the 10-11-83 Agreement, the following shall <br />apply: <br /> <br /> (a) The "net proceeds" Owner agreed to pay in the <br /> 10-11-83 agreement shall be fixed at TWO HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR <br /> THOUSAND DOLLARS ($244,000.00). <br /> <br /> (b) The cost of the land and improvements associated <br /> with "Parcel Three" as described in Exhibit c-L and s~own on <br /> Exhibit C shall be assessed solely against the portion of Lot <br /> C of Parcel Map 3701 remaining after the sale of the lands <br /> <br /> - le - <br /> <br /> <br />
