acquisition of the fire station site; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Owner wishes to finalize a purchase agreement in <br />conjunction with granting the City a right-of-entry to begin <br />construction; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Grant of Right-of-Entry. Owner hereby grants <br />permission, as more specifically delineated below, to the City, <br />its agents, employees, and assigns to enter upon the property <br />hereinafter described with such personnel, equipment,machinery, <br />vehicles, and material as may be necessary for the purpose of <br />constructing the improvements shown in the plans and <br />specifications entitled "Fire Station No. 2, Stoneridge Mall Rd., <br />Pleasanton, CA," dated August 3, 1984, and "Pleasanton Fire <br />Station No. 2 Street Improvements, Pleasanton, California." dated <br />July, 1984, and as such plans and specifications are amended, <br />both of which are on file with the Engineering Division of the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> (a) The right to enter described above shall apply to <br /> that parcel of land described as Lot C of Parcel Map 3701 and <br /> shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto. However, City agrees <br /> that storage of construction material, equipment, etc., <br /> during construction shall be limited to an area approximately <br /> 2.6 acres in size described generally as the area of the <br /> lands to be acquired byj'he City and an area circumscribing <br /> <br /> - la - <br /> <br /> <br />
