CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-11 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH DKS <br /> ASSOCIATES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL BUS STUDY <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the letter amendment to the <br /> contract between DKS Associates and the City of <br /> Pleasanton extending the completion date of the <br /> supplemental bus study to January 31, 1985, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the <br /> above-described amendment. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: R~ETH R.
