CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-09 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 31 TO LOCAL <br /> AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5101 FOR FEDERAL AID <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Program Supplement No. <br /> 31 to Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for <br /> federal aid improvements (installation of raised <br /> pavement markers and installation of thermoplastic <br /> legends and crosswalks on various City streets), a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None ~~~~ <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> R~NETH R.
