CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-08 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FROM DAVID B. WHEELER <br /> (PARCEL MAP 2478) FOR PORTION OF SANTA RITA ROAD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from David B. <br /> Wheeler for a portion of Santa Rita Road located in <br /> Parcel Map 2478, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 7, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this deed is <br /> in the public interest; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The Grant Deed from David B. Wheeler to the City of <br /> Pleasanton for a portion of Santa Rita Road is hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~~~~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ~C~, MAYOREM <br />~ames R.
