CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-01 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH PACIFIC <br /> BELL RE CENTREX TELEPHONE SERVICE <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the amendment to the <br /> contract with Pacific Bell changing the storage location <br /> of the city's telephone records, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Wood <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: Mayor Mercer <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> H CER~'~IYOR <br /> <br />LJames R7 walker, city ~er~k' <br /> Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> I <br /> ~ej~'D.
