CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-578 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF MOZART DEVELOPMENT AND REGIS HOMES FOR A <br /> MAJOR MODIFICATION TO ALLOW A 520 UNIT <br /> CONDOMINIUM/APARTMENT COMPLEX ON 20.6 ACRES LOCATED IN <br /> THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF STONERIDGE <br /> DRIVE AND STONERIDGE MALL ROAD (PUD-81-22-1M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 16, 1986, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for a major <br /> modification to an approved development plan for a <br /> commercial/office/residential complex to allow for a <br /> 520-unit condominium/apartment complex, to be located on <br /> an approximately 20.6 acre site located generally in the <br /> area of the northeast corner of the intersection of <br /> Stoneridge Drive and Stoneridge Mall Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated August 29, 1986 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed major <br /> modification; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed major <br /> modification would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for a major <br /> modification to an approved development plan for a <br /> commercial/office/residential complex to allow for a <br /> 520-unit condominium/apartment complex, to be located on <br /> an approximately 20.6 acre site located generally in the <br /> area of the northeast corner of the intersection of <br /> Stoneridge Drive and Stoneridge Mall Road. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
