CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-576 <br /> <br /> APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 1986 <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,672,923.39 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of December 16, 1986, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were pres- <br /> ented to the City Council signifying expenditures for <br /> the month of November, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the payroll and demand checks contained therein were for <br /> approved functions of the City of Pleasanton which are <br /> necessary and proper expenses of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by checks numbered 64493 to 65000, <br /> dated from November 6, 1986 to November 26, 1986, in the <br /> total amount of $2,672,923,339, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated November 30, 1986 has been <br /> reviewed and is hereby approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 16, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None EN/NTH~RZ~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> / <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br /> R~D AS TO FORM: ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
