CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-569 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING BILLING FROM GLATT AND RENNO <br /> REGARDING HOUSING AUTHORITY TRANSFER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in conjunction with the transfer of Arroyo Vista to the <br /> City of Dublin, it was necessary to retain the firm of <br /> Glatt and Renno to prepare the legal documentation <br /> required by HUD; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, although the law firm was retained by the City of <br /> Pleasanton, the costs are directly attributable to the <br /> Housing Authority; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Council approves the final payment of $1,102.00 to <br /> Joyce Glatt from the City budget. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Staff is directed to forward the cumulative bill for <br /> the legal costs of the transfer in the sum of $9,469.75 <br /> to the Housing Authority for reimbursement after <br /> January 31, 1987. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 16, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> R.
