CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 86-567 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF DEVELOPMENT DEFERMENT <br /> AGREEMENT WITH DEER OAKS LAND COMPANY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 2, 1986, the City Attorney <br /> presented his report (SR 86:517) regarding the request <br /> of developer to extend the Development Deferment <br /> Agreement; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That the City Council accepts the application for a <br /> Development Deferment Agreement as timely filed. <br /> <br /> Section 2: That the City Council extends the expiration date of <br /> the four unused sewer permits which were scheduled to <br /> expire on 11/16/86 to 11/16/87. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The City Council approves the extension of the <br /> Development Deferment Agreement between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and Deer Oak Land Company, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 4: That the Developer waives any rights to contest <br /> expiration of all remaining permits from the Deer Oaks <br /> project should they expire on 11/16/87. <br /> <br /> Section 5: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 6: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 2, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />B'y Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
